Rose Seber BA Hons Fine Art
After retiring as a computer programmer I decided to devote more time to Art, and started a part time BA course at University College for the Creative Arts at Farnham, graduating in 2005. I concentrated mainly on Printmaking, especially Etching. Since leaving Farnham I have taken various short courses at the Badger Press in Bishop’s Waltham , and South Hill Park Art Centre at Bracknell and have also studied Stone Lithography under Paul Croft and Simon Burder. I am currently attending Etching classes on Tuesdays at the City and Guilds of London Art School.
My other main interest is in rock and ice climbing and mountaineering, which is reflected in my work. When in the mountains I try to find time to draw, and later use this for my etchings.
